ARTIST BIO

Creativity has always been a big part of my life, from drawing in my childhood, pastel art in my 20’s, wedding photography in my 30’s, Fashion Design in my 40’s and now oil painting in my 50’s! I have always used my creative talent in every pursuit along the way and love how my life experiences have led me to this exciting chapter.

My work is evocative, drawing inspiration from modern impressionism, textured abstracts and the natural world – especially the Macedon Ranges where I live. Using bold mark making, interesting texture and vibrant colour to capture the essence of my subjects, telling a story.

I am passionate about learning and constantly push my boundaries in the pursuit of artistic expression.
