Young Artists Entry and Awards

The Kilmore Art Expo committee is delighted to announce we are dedicating valued space within our art show to exhibit artworks of the young artists (6-18 YRS) within our community.

Prizes in excess of $850 Sponsored by Metro Freight Lines along with the opportunity to win our “people’s choice” award, valued at $400. Other prizes offered include "Developing Youth artist" awards and "encouragement" awards.

Awards & Prizes

The prize pool is over $8,000. There are awards and prizes for Best Painting in Show (Any Medium); Best Oil; Best Watercolour; Best Pastel; Best Acrylic; Best Any Other Medium; Best Small Treasure; Highly Commended painting; Best Photograph in Show; Highly Commended photograph; Outstanding Achievement; Best Sculpture; Highly commended sculpture and a variety of Youth Awards and Peoples Choice Award.
