Delivery / Collection of Entries

  1. All artwork must be delivered to the Memorial Hall, 14 Sydney Street, Kilmore VIC on Tuesday 9th of April 2024 between 10.00 am and 5.30 pm

  2. All exhibits must be complete. Wet paintings cannot be accepted. To ensure safety of exhibits paintings, photography and sculpture must be ready for display i.e. securely framed including strong hanging wire and flat hooks (not staples) on back of painting/photographs. Sculpture exhibits must have plinths supplied and if hanging must have strong support attached. Any alterations necessary will incur an additional fee of $25.

  3. Please attach labels provided to the upper back section of the painting/photograph. Sculptures are required to bring labels on delivery day.

  4. All artists are to take their packing materials with them after delivery.

  5. All responsible care of exhibits will be taken, however no responsibility for damage or loss will be accepted by the Rotary Club of Southern Mitchell nor Kilmore Art Society inc. Insurance for all exhibits is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

  6. All artwork must be collected from the Memorial Hall, 14 Sydney Street, Kilmore VIC on Sunday 14th of April 2024 between 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm

  7. Exhibits cannot be removed from the Expo until close of show.

  8. Exhibits not collected by 6.30 pm on Sunday 14th of April 2024 will be auctioned and the proceeds given to local charities. We do not have storage facilities available for unclaimed work.

  9. Delivery and pickup of artworks must be to and from the Memorial Hall at the allocated times. No prior delivery or alternative pick-up arrangements will be considered.
